CartixAI is owned and operated by Muhammad Usman Naeem, an individual entrepreneur based in Islamabad, Pakistan. The platform was designed, built, and is actively maintained by the owner.

All intellectual property rights in the CartixAI platform — including the software, branding, design, domain names, AI systems, and associated documentation — vest exclusively in Muhammad Usman Naeem.

3. What CartixAI Is

CartixAI is an AI-powered WhatsApp commerce platform purpose-built for Pakistani businesses. It enables merchants to:

• Create and manage a professional online storefront.
• Connect one or more WhatsApp Business numbers and automate customer replies using AI.
• Manage products, inventory, pricing, and promotions from a central dashboard.
• Receive and fulfil customer orders with full order lifecycle tracking.
• Manage team members with granular role-based access controls.
• Access analytics and reporting on sales, customers, and AI interaction quality.

CartixAI is a digital service. It does not sell, stock, ship, or handle any physical goods. The platform is the merchant-facing infrastructure — goods and services sold through storefronts powered by CartixAI belong to the individual merchant businesses using our platform.

4. Merchant Responsibility

Businesses ("merchants") that subscribe to CartixAI are solely responsible for:

• The legality of the products and services they sell through their CartixAI-powered storefronts.
• Accurate product descriptions, prices, and availability.
• Fulfilling orders placed by their customers.
• Their own customer-facing return and refund policies.
• Compliance with applicable Pakistani commercial, tax, and consumer protection laws.

CartixAI is a tool provider and is not a party to any transaction between merchants and their end customers.

5. Payment Processing

Subscription payments to CartixAI are processed via:

• Bank Transfer — direct deposits to CartixAI's designated bank account.
• JazzCash — mobile wallet payments to CartixAI's JazzCash merchant number.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet payments to CartixAI's Easypaisa account.
• Safepay — for card-based online payments, CartixAI integrates with Safepay, a payment gateway licensed and regulated by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP). Card transactions are processed under Safepay's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure.

All subscription fees collected are for access to the CartixAI software platform. CartixAI does not collect payments on behalf of third-party merchants — each merchant handles their own customer payment collection independently.

6. Regulatory Compliance

CartixAI operates in compliance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including applicable data protection, consumer protection, and e-commerce regulations. We are committed to operating transparently and ethically.

Subscription payments collected by CartixAI are subject to applicable Pakistani tax laws. Merchants are responsible for their own tax obligations on income generated through their CartixAI-powered stores.

7. Intellectual Property Ownership

The following are owned exclusively by Muhammad Usman Naeem / CartixAI:

• The CartixAI brand name, logo, and visual identity.
• The CartixAI platform software, codebase, and all AI models and logic built for the platform.
• The domain name cartixai.com and all associated subdomains.
• All marketing materials, documentation, and website content.

Merchants retain ownership of their own business content (product listings, images, store descriptions). By using CartixAI, merchants grant us a limited licence to host and display their content solely for the purpose of operating their store.
