1. Nature of Service
CartixAI is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. All subscriptions are for digital services only. No physical products are sold, shipped, or returned. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that the service is delivered digitally and immediately upon payment approval.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your CartixAI subscription at any time by:
- Logging in to your dashboard and choosing not to renew.
- Emailing support@cartixai.com with your account email and business name.
2.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the currently paid billing period.
- After expiry, your account is suspended. Data is retained for 30 days after which it is permanently deleted (unless otherwise required by law).
- You will not be charged again as subscriptions do not auto-renew.
2.3 Trial Cancellation
The 3-day free trial may be cancelled at any time at no cost. No payment is taken during the trial period.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 General Position
Because CartixAI provides digital services that are accessible immediately upon payment approval, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the service period has commenced and access has been granted.
3.2 Eligible Refund Situations
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

3.3 Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds are not issued for:
- Change of mind after the service has been activated.
- Failure to use the service during the subscription period.
- Dissatisfaction with the AI responses or outputs (we encourage using the trial to evaluate the service first).
- Account suspension due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- Partial subscription periods (no pro-rated refunds for early cancellation).
- Incompatibility with a third-party service (e.g., WhatsApp Business API restrictions on your account).
4. Return Policy
As CartixAI is a purely digital service platform, there are no physical goods to return. This policy section exists to clearly confirm that no return process applies. All disputes relate exclusively to digital subscription access.
5. Payment Methods and Refund Process
5.1 Payment Methods
CartixAI accepts the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer: Manual bank transfer to our designated account. Upload a payment screenshot on the dashboard.
- JazzCash: Send payment to our JazzCash merchant account and upload the confirmation screenshot.
- Easypaisa: Send payment to our Easypaisa account and upload the confirmation screenshot.
5.2 Safepay Integration
For card-based online payments, CartixAI processes transactions through Safepay, a licensed payment gateway authorised by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP). Safepay supports Visa, Mastercard, and other card networks.
- Card transactions processed through Safepay are subject to Safepay's own merchant agreement and payment processing terms.
- For Safepay card transactions, refunds are processed back to the original card. The timeline is typically 5–10 business days depending on the issuing bank.
- CartixAI does not store card details — all card data is securely handled by Safepay in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days of approval.
7. Disputes
If you believe your refund has been unfairly denied, you may escalate by emailing support@cartixai.com with the subject "Refund Dispute". We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law clause in our Terms and Conditions.
